Shipping policy

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed depending on shipping you selected at checkout! 

It takes 1 to 3 business days for tracking to update once you receive the shipment notification. If you still haven’t seen any movement after the 3rd business day please email us at emooreauthenticity@gmail.com with your order # and we would be glad to help you out!

Orders placed after 5PM EST are counted as next business days order, so the processing time will officially start that day!

Orders placed on fridays after 3PM EST, weekends, and recognized holidays  processing time will start the next business day!
